Fees &questions.

Can't find your answer? Call us — a lawyer will pick up, not a call centre.

How much does a first consultation cost?
A 45-minute first consultation with a partner is RM 350, which is credited against your fees if you instruct us on the matter.
How are conveyancing fees calculated?
Legal fees for sale, purchase and loan documents follow the scale set out in the Solicitors' Remuneration Order, based on the property price or loan amount. We'll give you a full written breakdown — including stamp duty and disbursements — before you sign.
Do you offer fixed fees for litigation?
For most matters we quote a fixed fee per stage (for example, up to close of pleadings, or up to trial). Where that isn't possible, we agree a capped estimate and tell you in advance if it needs to change.
Can you act if the other party is already your client?
No. That's why we run a conflict check before any substantive discussion. If we can't act, we'll say so promptly and can suggest other firms.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Communications with us are protected by legal professional privilege, and we handle your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Let's talk itthrough.

Tell us briefly what it's about. Please don't send confidential details until we've confirmed there's no conflict of interest.
