House rules& questions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are free when the house is available — just ask.
Is breakfast halal?
Yes. Our kitchen is fully halal and every house has prayer mats, a qibla marker and Quran on request. The nearest surau is five minutes away.
Can we bring pets?
Small, well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome in Rumah Kayu with a RM 50 cleaning fee. Pets aren't allowed in Villa Senja because of the pool.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Between 14 and 3 days we refund 50%. Within 3 days we'll offer to move your dates instead.
Do you have a car rental service?
We work with a local rental company that delivers to the house from RM 90 a day, including insurance. Scooters are available from RM 35.
